This programme in partnership with Polaris Learning is now in its second year and is earning Baxters Food Group a reputation within the food industry for innovative and progressive training and development.

This programme is driven by a desire to retain employees and promote from within. The focus of the programme is to ensure an effective blend of learning to include both people and technical skills that are required for managers in the food industry.
