Projects and Competence  

• Implementing a large oil & gas service company’s Competency Assurance Process within the Completion and Production product lines for worldwide regions, and responsible for arranging and delivering internal training courses.
  
• Coaching assessors to fully understand the requirements of competency processes; reviewing and implementing best practise approaches within an operational environment both onshore and offshore.
  
• Monitoring the quality of assessments and supporting evidence ensuring they met the performance criteria within a global standard.
