The Institute of Leadership & Management Train the Trainer Qualification is the perfect way to develop your training skills and demonstrate your competence, whether your focus is one to one or group training.

Course Overview
This three day course focuses on the development of practical training skills. During three days of intensive training, delegates get plenty of opportunity to practice skills required for their training role.

The main skills are being able to communicate effectively, achieve a high level of interaction, provide opportunities for their learners to practice and provide feedback.

Learners also receive structured feedback from their Polaris Learning trainer as they master being able to deliver training through  different approaches.

This is a hands-on, challenging and enjoyable thirty hour programme of development leading to the Institute of Leadership and Management Train the Trainer award.

Pre-course work and delivery
Participants are asked to prepare a short ten minute presentation which they will be required to deliver during the course. They will also be required to prepare a short ten minute demonstration to deliver during the course. These sessions will be used as a basis to develop their skills throughout the programme and for their final evaluation.
