This course is aimed at employees who have responsibilities for
training others and want to develop their practical training skills.

up to speed on the practical actions needed to handle and manage Health and
Safety in their teams.
Topics covered include: Managing Safely, Assessing Risks, Controlling Risks, Understanding Hazards, Investigating Accidents & Incidents, Measuring Performance, Protecting Your Environment, and Understanding Your Responsibilities.

Working Safely

course)
This course is aimed at employees who need to get up to speed on
the practical actions needed to handle health and safety in their teams on a
day to day basis. This course is suitable for employees at any level within an
organisation.
Topics covered include: Introduction to Working Safely, Defining Hazard and Risk, Identifying Common Hazards, Improving Safety Performance, and Protecting the Environment.

Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Level 3

This course is aimed at Supervisors and Managers involved in
creating and implementing a HACCP plan for their organisation.
Topics covered include: Brief History of HACCP, The 7 Principles of HACCP, Hazard Identification and Analysis, Determination of CCP’s, Control Measures, Critical Limits, Monitoring CCP’s, Writing a HACCP Plan, Corrective Actions and Root Cause Analysis.

& Management Essentials

This course is aimed at employees who are new to a leadership role
or have been working in a team leader role and want to refresh their skills and
knowledge.
