- Delivery of an 18 month open management development programme to a range of middle to first line managers in central belt areas, linked to SVQ in Management at Levels 3 and 4.
- Delivery of an 18 month in-house management development programme to supervisory & middle managers to central belt organisation, linked to ILM award and SVQ in Management at Level 3.
