- Working as part of a larger team developing from scratch a competency programme for a drilling company.
- Working within a smaller team to review and amend an external competency programme that was not effective.
- Developing a training and assessing programme to assist a service company within energy to roll out their competency programme worldwide.
- Delivering assessor/training workshops to groups of offshore and onshore personnel.
- Delivery of Learning and Development VQs to candidates.
- Over five years experience in recruitment within catering and energy sectors.
- Three years experience working with people on health related benefits.
- Previous experience working as an Administration Assistant.
