Recipe book - ideas welcome

Calling all learners, former learners, former employees and online followers...

As part of 20 years in business celebrations, we are creating and publishing a recipe book with all proceeds from sales going to our chosen local charity, The Pitscurry Project.

The Pitscurry Project is a garden & cafĂ© attraction in rural Aberdeenshire and is run by Aberdeenshire Council with funding for major projects provided by the Pitcaple Environmental Project (PEP) charity.  The Pitscurry site is a community gardening project that provides new opportunities and work experience for adults with disabilities in the Garioch area of Aberdeenshire.  Work that is carried out on the site is based on organic principles and the project is committed to the production and use of renewable energy.

The recipe book will consist of Polaris Learning employee favourites as well as recipes sent in from our clients.

And now we are asking for your own family recipe ideas.   This can be absolutely anything, adventurous and scrumptious from starters, mains and desserts to snacks and tray bakes.

If you would like to be involved then please send your recipe ideas to Sarah at Polaris Learning by 11th July 2016, by emailing her at sarah@polaris-learning.com.
