The Big Fit Walk 2016
As we do every year, we held our annual Big Fit Walk to help the nation discover the benefits of a short, friendly walk.
Staff members from Polaris Learning went for a 45 minute walk, which is one of almost 200 Big Fit Walk events taking place across Scotland this June.
Paths for All, the Scottish charity behind the national event hope the Big Fit Walks inspire communities across Scotland to come together for a walk to celebrate the benefits of being active.
The Big Fit Walk has been running for 13 years and was developed by Falkirk Community Trust and a group of Grangemouth school children.
