We also offer a range of shorter qualifications that require fewer training and self learning hours but are still endorsed by the Institute of Leadership and Management.

These include ILM Workplace Trainer, ILM Performance Management, ILM Competence in Assessing Performance and ILM Competence in Managing Staff Training & Assessment Programmes.

Qualification: SQA Assessor Award

(L & D 9d
or L & D 9di)

Your assessors are signed-off as competent using
your assessment process.

Your employees will receive a recognised qualification.

Some assessors can find it to be a lot of work.

Remember to make sure the qualification aligns to
your assessment process, or it might not go as well as you hoped!

There are different requirements for L & D 9d and L & D 9di. We
can talk you through these.

Internal Verifier

If you are looking for a qualification for your internal verifiers, we find the Internal Verifier Award (Learning & Development 11) from SQA is a good option.
